Khairol graduated from Exeter University in 2018. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019 before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam in 2021.
Since joining YHP, he has been predominantly engaged in the drafting of Sale & Purchase Agreements and security documentation for matters involving purchasers of developers’ projects, parties in conveyancing transactions and banking institutions.
His experience in Civil litigation also entails the recovery of conventional and Islamic banking facilities and commercial financing.
He is developing a broad and wide-ranging practice with a particular focus in civil litigation, property conveyancing as well as retail, corporate and commercial banking.
