Yusof is an accomplished Advocate and Solicitor with an illustrious track record working at the forefront of litigation in Brunei Darussalam since 1988. He is widely recognised for his practice in criminal law, personal injuries and Syariah matters and has appeared in countless serious criminal cases where he has developed pre-eminence as a tenacious and unmatched trial lawyer. He also propels a skilled team in engaging numerous Syariah matters of varying complexities in Brunei Darussalam.
He obtained an LLB (Hons) from the University of London in 1987 and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1988 (Trinity term). He was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam on 1 September 1988. In 2003, Yusof obtained his admission as a Syar’ie lawyer at Syariah Courts in Brunei Darussalam.
